At Vizifuze, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we provide the following guidelines for returning goods:

1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Return Window: Products may be returned within  7 working days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
    • Condition of Goods: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, complete with all accessories and tags. Any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for a return.
    • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to custom-made products, perishable goods, and personal care products for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Procedure

    • Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at sales@vizifuze.com with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the product, along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be processed.

3. Return Shipping

    • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
    • Shipping Methods: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Shipping insurance is also advised for high-value items.

4. Refund Policy

    • Inspection and Approval: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
    • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items returned with obvious signs of use, damaged packaging, or missing components.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Exceptions

    • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
    • Custom and Personalized Goods: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
